Returns and exchange details
I gladly accept returns with the exception of custom or personalized orders.
I hope you love your purchase, but I do understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to me for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item. [i.e. If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on to me by the 15th.]
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to me in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
Cancellations
I am unable to accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
